A story I am developing about a space paramedic operating out of a medical space station (hospital) orbiting a human occupied alien planet.
The costume is an idea of a light infantry privatized military soldier and the PD-MR is designed to be the most compact, high capacity, fastest reloading weapon on the market. It's side loading magazine is similar to that of a P-90 while the barrel and upper receiver are reminiscent of an ACR/ HK MP7 which would feel comfortable and familiar yet rechambers similar to a 12 gauge shotgun.
This was an extensive after work project that I contributed to with Dermot Power, Armand Baltazar, Marc Gabbana, and Colin Fix. We had two publishers lined up including Chronicle Books. It was never finished due to the crew leaving for other projects. We developed the story as if it would be made into a film through weekly story meetings.
